Partner Types
System Integrator (SI)
System Integrator Partners provide customers consulting, integration, and implementation services for Activplant-based products and solutions. Our SI partners—including larger consulting companies and specialized “boutique” firms—bring manufacturing process capabilities, industry experience, and solution and market expertise that help you deploy Activplant-based solutions, maximize functionality, and rapidly achieve return on investment.
Value-Added Reseller (VAR)
Similar to an SI Partner, Activplant’s VAR Partners are independent organizations that distribute Activplant-based products, sometimes through an OEM type arrangement or coupled with a hardware or automation installation project. VARs might offer post-implementation services such as: Activplant training and support for their specific geographic customers, as well as develop their own software extensions upon the Activplant platform.
Technology Partner
The combination of Activplant’s .NET architecture and Integration Tool Kit (ITK) allows third party Technology Partners to extend our core solution set with their own purpose built applications. The end result is product synergy for our mutual customers by leveraging both Activplant and our Partner’s leading edge technology.
